Golden State Warriors NBA superstar Stephen Curry closely follows the development of a young and talented NCAA player, with whom he has a special bond

A few days ago, Cameron Brink declared for the next WNBA Draft. The young Stanford player then received a mountain of congratulatory messages with, as icing on the cake, a video carefully recorded by Stephen Curry for her.

Cameron Brink is having another fantastic season for Stanford. She was even able to receive her third DPOY trophy in Pac-12, in addition to being voted best player in this conference.

As March Madness approaches, the 22-year-old winger will try with her team to win the final title for what will be her very last university year, as she recently announced.

Because after 4 seasons spent in this championship, she finally decided to take the next step by declaring for the WNBA Draft. As the prospect’s godfather, Stephen Curry had to be in the long list of people to have sent him a message of encouragement. And the Warriors superstar even put together a special video for it for the occasion.

Steph Curry’s video to congratulate Cameron Brink

Hi Cam, I just wanted to say congratulations. It’s a huge accomplishment to prepare for the WNBA Draft. I know you still have work to finish for the NCAA tournament, but take some time to savor this reward. To get to this point, you’ve done a good job.

The best is yet to come. I can’t wait to see how far you go in your career, and congratulations again.

Shooting 17.8 points at 51.2%, 12 rebounds and 2.9 assists on average, Cameron Brink is announced in second position in certain Mock Draft behind Caitlin Clark. Often keeping an eye on the exploits of the rising star of women’s basketball,

Steph Curry sent this video which seems to have touched the heart of the main person concerned, who spoke on the subject, as reported by The Sport Rush .

He sent me this video. She made me laugh because my parents showed it to me before it aired on ESPN,

and he said, “Recruit her to the league.” He always says that, and I find it funny. But the fact that he sent a video and seemed really excited made me super happy.

Obviously, the Chef knows how to motivate those close to him, hoping that the young hopeful will experience success similar to that of the double MVP.

In a few months, Cameron Brink will say goodbye to the NCAA to join the WNBA. In this new challenge of her young career, she finds great support in the person of Stephen Curry who sent her a beautiful motivational video.
