Rodgers shared a video of RFK Jr. showing off how fit he is compared to other presidential candidates.
Aaron Rodgers may no longer be in contention for the vice presidency, but he is firm about which candidate is his favorite. The New York Jets quarterback made it clear that he was rooting for Robert F. Kennedy.
Rodgers continues to remain vocal in favor of independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who earlier this year approached him to be one of the two individuals for vice president. Both were on the same page regarding the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine during the worldwide pandemic.
There’s also the rumors of Rodgers’ apparent skepticism about the 2012 Sand Hook Elementary shootings never taking place. It became massive news that the 46-year-old had to come out and do damage control, but he refused to budge from his stance.
Rodgers was at it once again. On Saturday night, he shared a video clip of the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. campaign on Instagram. In the caption, he not only showed support for Kennedy, but also took a jab at President Joe Biden.
Future president. And fit. How novel. Now let's see Biden try.Aaron Rodgers wrote in his Instagram story
Aaron Rodgers is weary of immigrants joining the military
Rodgers also expressed his views on another alleged conspiracy theory about immigrants joining the military and potentially turning against the country itself. Awful Announcing first reported that the Super Bowl winner, during the February 23 ‘Look Into It – with Eddie Bravo’ podcast, claimed immigrants from Chinese and Spanish backgrounds are seeking to join the military.
Rodgers said he heard the theory from conspiracy theorist Bret Weinstein on Joe Rogan’s podcast.
How ’bout when he’s [Bret Weinstein] talking about the two different migration groups, right? You have the Spanish-speaking group, and you have the Chinese group. He’s talking about the scariest thing, which I’ve actually thought about for years. I said, No American-lovin’ soldier is going to turn on their people, right? But who would turn on their people?Aaron Rodgers ranted
Per Rodgers, the Congress is behind all this.
What happens if they offer citizenship for military service? That’s a fu**in’gscary thought. And what bill was just brought into Congress? That exact type of bill, offering citizenship to immigrants for joining the military.Rodgers added
The former Green Bay Packers quarterback was referring to the bipartisan bill, which goes by its popular name, the Courage to Serve Act. What’s surprising is that Aaron Rodgers perhaps isn’t aware that immigrants without citizenship have served in the US military for generations.
For the New York Jets‘ sake, Rodgers should focus more on playing football, finishing the job he was brought to the Big Apple. The Jets, as Stephen A. Smith pointed out, haven’t won the Lombardi Trophy since the ’60s. Fortunately (or unfortunately), the Gang Green Rodgers won’t be entering politics, at least for now.
