According to the FCB Miami account on social network X (old Twitter), Messi’s two sons, Thiago and Mateo, are both capable of pursuing a professional football career.
Thiago is playing for the U.12 Inter Miami team as a central midfielder, but currently scored 25 goals and had 14 assists in a total of 23 matches. Meanwhile, Mateo scored 20 goals and had 12 assists for the U.9 team after 15 matches.
Messi registered Thiago and Mateo to join the Inter Miami Training Academy last August, about a month after this famous Argentine player officially joined the club, chaired and co-owned by former player David Beckham.
