The pair’s relationship was revealed by Mail Online, with Marie-Louise sharing several snaps of her buff beau on her instagram.

The Crossfit enthusiast has posted various snaps of her posing with a shirtless Ben on social media after the couple have enjoyed a gym session together.

Marie-Louise also enjoyed a trip to Oxfordshire’s Estelle Manor with her man earlier this week.

The loved-up duo enjoyed cocktails and fine dining at the swanky escape, while Marie-Louise also made sure she took some selfies in the hotel’s gym.

Ben, who played for Cardiff University’s rugby team during his studies, showed his support for his girl on his own social media this week.

He posted several snaps of BBC Media City in Salford Quays, where Marie-Louise made a promotional stop at The One Show.

Ben now works as the director of a company making medical equipment.

Fitness influencer Marie-Louise previously revealed that, when she signed up for the BBC series last year, she was nursing a broken heart from an earlier relationship.

But now she appears to have plenty to smile about – not only does she have Ben on her arm, but she is the first female champion on the newly rebooted Gladiators.

Marie-Louise was crowned the winner tonight, along with male champ Finlay Anderson.

She saw off competition from runner-up Bronte Jones, pipping her to the post in The Eliminator after beginning with a two-second head start.

“We’re both winners in my eyes” said Marie-Louise as she held the trophy aloft.

She also revealed what winning means to her, saying: “Winning means to me that things that you’re scared of in life, things you don’t want to go up against, if you throw yourself into it you’ll either learn something if you lose or you’ll gain something from it if you win. I always think that, even if you lose you’ll gain something from it.”

Gladiators fans were thrilled earlier this week when the BBC announced they had renewed the reboot for another series.

It is set to film this summer in Sheffield, and will broadcast earlier next year.
