Denise Nolan has tied the knot with her fiancé Tom Anderson after almost 50 years together.
The couple first met in 1977 when Denise was singing alongside her sister in The Nolans, and Tom was the drummer at the London Rooms.
He played in her band after she went solo, and they began dating in the same year before Tom popped the question in the 1990s.
After a long engagement, the couple have finally tied the knot on the famous Blackpool promenade surrounded by their loved ones, including Denise’s sisters Coleen, Linda, Anne and Maureen.
Pictures shared with OK! Magazine show the bride beaming from ear to ear in a beaded champagne gown paired with a dazzling blue blazer and matching fascinator.
Denise carried a yellow and white bouquet, which matched Tom’s buttonhole as he stood by her side in a smart grey suit.

Denise’s sisters couldn’t look happier as they posed with the newlyweds on a staircase following the nuptials, as well as standing with giant illuminated letters spelling ‘love’.
Speaking to the publication, Denise revealed that Tom’s diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease six years ago spurred on their decision to tie the knot.
According to the NHS, Parkinson’s disease is a progressive disorder that affects the nervous system, and one of the first symptoms may be a tremor in just one hand before they become more noticeable.
She told OK! the couple ‘didn’t want to wait until further down the line where he might be a lot worse and it could be hard work’.

The singer also cited close personal losses as another reason they wanted to wed, following the loss of her sister Bernie in 2013 to cancer.
The lovebirds originally planned to have a small ceremony with just themselves and a witness, but when Linda caught wind of their plans, she convinced them to throw a more elaborate bash.
‘When we told Linda, she said, “You have to tell the family,” and reminded me how upset I was when Coleen ran away and got married [to Shane Richie], so I realised I needed to tell them. Then it went from being the four of us to being about 55 of us,’ she said.

‘When we arrived at Festival House I realised we’d forgotten the flowers that Linda had paid a fortune for, and I thought she’d be so hurt if I didn’t walk down the aisle with them – so my poor brother had to rush back and get them.’
She ensured Bernie was a part of the day, playing a recording of her family singing Frank Sinatra’s You, My Love mixed with One Hand from West Side Story at her late sister’s wedding during her own nuptials.
Denise shared that their evening bash was filled with lots of dancing, with a DJ playing Sinatra tracks as well as songs from The Nolans’ back catalogue.
