Fans have been excited over the heated rivalry between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, which has been building up for a few days now.
While there are other exciting moments anticipated at WrestleMania 40, it’s the clash between Reigns and Rhodes that really has fans on the edges of their seats.
This rivalry between the two professionals didn’t take months to brew like most rivalries do. Even though it had a shorter build-up, the intensity was through the roof.
Fans couldn’t get enough of it, especially after Rhodes made his comeback and scored a big victory at the Rumble. And, all that hype definitely paid off in the end!

At the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night one, The Rock and Roman Reigns came out on top after a tough tag team battle against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. It was a hard-fought match, but in the end, The Bloodline managed to secure the victory.
Before the match, lots of fans were betting on Rhodes and Rollins to win. However, when Johnson teamed up with Reigns, their tight family connection turned them into a formidable duo.
On the second day, there was a big surprise as The American Nightmare pulled off a win against The Tribal Chief to become the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
The match had some unexpected moments, including appearances by legends like The Undertaker and John Cena. They showed up out of nowhere to help balance things out against Reigns’ Bloodline crew.
To add to the excitement, The Head of the Table’s own cousin, Jey Uso, made a surprising move by switching sides during the match.
With Reigns caught off guard and weakened by this betrayal, Rhodes seized the opportunity. He countered Reigns’ Spear and hit him with his signature move, the Cross Rhodes, not just once, but three times consecutively.
His win at WrestleMania 40 was a huge moment for his fans, but there was one person in particular who was over the moon about the 38-year-old’s victory.
That one person was none other than WWE Ring Announcer, Samantha Irvin.
