Brazilian authorities have opened an investigation into the company that organized Taylor Swift’s show in Rio de Janeiro, after a female fan died on November 17.

News from NBC News on November 24, Brazilian police opened an investigation into Time4Fun – the organizer of the music night of Taylor Swift ‘s The Eras Tour in Rio de Janeiro city (Brazil).

The above company was accused of harming the safety and health of the audience, after a female fan died at the concert.

Police representatives revealed that they are urgently taking steps and will soon summon the event organizers to take statements.

Up to now, Time4Fun Company has not provided any official response to the incident. 

In a video posted on social networks, Mr. Serafim Abreu – CEO of Time4Fun – said that the company had apologized to all participants who were dissatisfied with the organizers.

Mr. Serafim Abreu said: “We know the great responsibility of organizing such a large-scale event. The company could take alternative steps to give fans a better experience, like adding shade when temperatures are too high.”

Taylor Swift’s concert was adjusted

A week ago, the company confirmed the death of Ana Clara Benevides Machado (23 years old) during the opening concert of  The Eras Tour  in Rio de Janeiro on November 17. At that time, Brazil was suffering from a record heat wave with temperatures around 138 degrees Fahrenheit (more than 58 degrees Celsius).

Many people have complained about the organizers not allowing them to bring water or food even though the weather is very hot. It was reported that other fans fainted from exhaustion.

At the show on November 17, Taylor Swift stopped performing several times and asked the organizers to provide water for the audience.

A few days later, Taylor Swift wrote a long letter on her personal account: “I can’t believe I’m writing these lines with a broken heart, I have to say we have lost a great fan. great.

I want to say feel this loss deeply and now my broken heart goes out to her family and friends.”

Taylor Swift plans to open three more concerts this weekend in São Paulo, where fans will be able to bring some food and drinks into the  concert viewing area
